No, there is no subscription model. You pay once and you get access to all the Widgets and features.

We are building a community of creators and users, and we believe that adding a subscription model would not be inline with our mission.

Blotch offers weeks of battery life through intelligent power management.

The device remains in a low-power sleep state for the vast majority of its operation. It activates only when necessary to update the e-ink display, retrieve data, and refresh the frame. Because e-ink technology requires no active power to maintain the displayed image, energy consumption is minimal.

You can use our cloud solution, which is easy to set up, or use our self-hosting option.

Firmware updates arrive automatically via OTA pushes.

You control how often the frame refreshes its display and widgets. Set it anywhere from every 10 minutes to never.

Orders

Orders can be changed or cancelled within a short window after purchase. Please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as popular digital payment options.

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most customers receive their Blotch Smart Frame within 3-7 business days.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.
